SiWAVE-MS: My Sports
SiWAVE - The booster for your athletic performance
Fit on the pitch. Targeted regeneration.
As a competitive athlete, I am convinced by SiWAVE training and use it almost every day!
After intensive training sessions in the gym and on the padel court, SiWAVE allows me to loosen up my muscles and fascia more quickly and easily. This significantly shortens my regeneration phases.
But SiWAVE is also on my agenda as a real piece of sports equipment. The joint-friendly exercises work different muscle groups at the same time. This full-body workout not only builds muscle, but also reduces my risk of injury.

Performance enhancement & regeneration
SiWAVE offers optimum support for athletes of all levels of performance during regeneration, rehabilitation and performance enhancement. Low and gentle vibrations promote muscle relaxation, mobility and regeneration after intensive training sessions. With medium to high vibrations, you can achieve your sporting goals effectively and gently.

SiWAVE training is an excellent training method for specifically stimulating the muscles, fascial structures and the autonomic nervous system.
This method offers numerous benefits for competitive, amateur and recreational athletes, ranging from increasing muscle strength and promoting regeneration to recovery training after sports injuries or operations.
Training options with SiWAVE
Muscle activation
Higher vibration intensities with the SiWAVE result in intensive activation of the muscles, including deep muscle groups (autochthonous back muscles), which are often difficult to reach with conventional training. This leads to efficient muscle building, improved strength development and an increased training effect.
Movement coordination
Athletes need precise body control to optimize their performance. Low vibration stimuli help to improve neuromuscular coordination, i.e. communication between nerves and muscles. It also trains whole-body stability and balance, which are performance-limiting factors in sports such as soccer, padel, handball and tennis.
Regeneration
After intensive training sessions or competitions, the ability to regenerate plays a decisive role. The muscles can be loosened by means of gentle vibration stimuli to relieve tension and reduce muscle soreness. Blood circulation and lymph flow are also stimulated to accelerate healing processes.
Rehabilitation & recovery training after injuries
Low to medium vibration intensities can be used after operations or injuries both to support the healing process and to restore the physical functionality of muscular or fascial structures.
Stress & Autonomic Nervous System
Stress is an unavoidable component for athletes as they are confronted with high physical and mental demands. Low vibrations affect the body and the nervous system and can help to restore the balance between the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems. This can also improve the quality of sleep.
Advantages for sports enthusiasts
- Faster regeneration for better performance – muscle relaxation, promotion of blood circulation, lactate reduction, reduction of muscle fatigue, improvement of microcirculation, increase in lymph flow and anti-inflammatory function
- Stress reduction – regulation of the autonomic nervous system & improvement of sleep
- Better stability & coordination – Optimizes balance and body control
- Fewer injuries – joint-friendly training, increased coordination & stability and pain reduction
- More performance – activation of inter- and intramuscular coordination & improvement of mobility

Always the right training frequency
Would you rather relax briefly or do intensive muscle training? SiWAVE vibration devices have different modes. Depending on the set frequency, you can decide for yourself what is good for you and what training goal you are currently pursuing.
Increased mobility, relaxation and muscle relaxation; balance training; stimulation of blood and lymph flow.
Stretches the muscles and tendons; stimulates blood and lymph flow; improves fascial elasticity and reduces fascial adhesions.
Increase in muscle performance and muscle strength; increase in basal metabolic rate in cell and tissue metabolism; stimulation of blood and lymph flow, stimulation of metabolism and weight loss, fascia training.
My personal favorite exercises

Goals: Balance ability & core stability

Goals: Strengthening the gluteal and leg muscles, stretching the back muscles & hip flexors

Goal: Mobilization of the spine

Vibration therapy is very effective. We would therefore like to offer everyone the opportunity to try out passive training and perhaps discover it for themselves. To this end, we are currently working on a network of therapists and SiWAVE owners.
